Nicholas has worked in the Sports and Entertainment industry for more than 13 years after starting work in the retail sector. His experience includes having worked across variety of major brands in numerous product categories including Utilities, Insurance, FMCG, Financial Services, Telecoms and Technology as well as working directly with rights holders. Nicholas has worked on 6 Olympic Games including his home Games in London 2012, the UEFA Champions League, Global Music Events and World Leading Charity Partnerships
Nicholas now is the Market Leader for Nielsen Sports Japan and Head of Consulting for Asia, based in Tokyo for the past 4.5 years working with leading Japanese sporting bodies and brands. His primary focus has been developing the Olympic practice in Japan leading to client relationships with TOPs and numerous domestic sponsors. Everyday he is helping clients to understand the Olympic landscape, develop relevant strategies and structures as well as delivering ROI and ROO through their sponsorship investment.
