Kelly Owens leads KPMG Australia’s Customer Advisory team and is the firm’s global lead for Customer Experience. She brings over 25 years’ of functional leadership and management consulting experience focused on marketing, sales, and service strategy and transformation, including roles as Chief Customer and Marketing Officer. During her career, Kelly has worked at companies and with clients across industries including Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Banking, Utilities and in the Public Sector.
Kelly helps organisations attract, convert and keep customers engaged through improved Customer Experience, Brand Management, and Operations. She knows that each organisation’s journey to customer engagement is unique and is passionate about helping each client find their own path to meaningful market relevance and sustainable operational delivery
Kelly has served clients in Australia, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe. She has been cited in multiple periodicals including the Australian Financial Times and Wall Street Journal. She’s also won multiple JD Power awards for driving Overall Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
